Rather good, large terrace for the summer, however it is very expensive ... Too bad there is not a more accessible menu at noon.

Yes. Belle Isle has bar (with live bands at night) upstairs, and a restaurant downstairs, that's open until10:00 (which is when the live bands start up usually upstairs). The downstairs restaurant is certainly kid friendly
